Henry Dan, President of ProperNotice has had over 30 years experience in the Information
Technology and leasing industry on both sides of the leasing table. He began his
career representing lessors like GE Capital and Bank of America, originating hundreds
of millions in equipment. In 2000, he founded WorkingCache, an Asset Management
consulting firm representing large lessees like McKesson, AT&T, & BellSouth in transactions
with their lessors. In addition to identifying, unwinding and renegotiating onerous
leasing structures, Mr. Dan also serves as an expert witness in litigation disputes.
He holds a BSBA degree from the University of Florida and a JD degree from Georgia
State University School of Law and is a member of the Georgia Bar.
Charlie Bitzis, Chief Technology Officer for ProperNotice, graduated the Georgia
Institute of Technology where he earned a BS in Industrial Management and is the
founder of a successful management and technology consulting business with offices
in Atlanta and Charlotte. Before launching his consulting career in 1994, he served
in a variety of roles for Delta Air Lines, Printpack, and other prominent Atlanta
companies. During his consulting career he served as a senior Principal with The
North Highland Company where he helped the company earn Inc. Magazine's "Fastest
Growing Companies in America" honors three years in a row. In 2000, Mr. Bitzis founded
Rock River Solutions and has successfully grown it in to a multi-million dollar
multi-discipline consulting business. In addition to his business activities, Mr.
Bitzis is heavily involved in volunteer activities with the Make-A-Wish Foundation
and the YMCA.
Andrew Stearns, Director of Sales, has spent 25 years in the IT industry in various
sales and sales management roles. In his most recent position, Andy was an Area
Vice President for Dell Incorporated focusing on Fortune 100 accounts and managing
an $800 million annual business. During his 15 year tenure with Dell, Andrew was
steadily promoted to management positions of increased responsibility and scope
based on performance as both a sales producer and team leader. Prior to Dell, Andrew
spent 5 years in the leasing industry working as a consultant and sales executive
with various firms. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University.
Jay Gullickson, a Principal partner and the Technical Architect for ProperNotice,
has over ten years working in the technology and information management field. His
skills range from technical consulting to web application and database development.
Since 1999 he has focused on web application development and has created applications
from the world's largest online auction house of firearms to a multi-national earth
engineering and sciences firm, to a vehicle leasing and management software suite
for the global leader in vehicle leasing and fleet management.
Gary Secor, Dir. Of Customer Service, has an extensive background in technology solutions
including customer implementation, services, and support. His past experience includes CIO
for a business services company, Professional Services Management for two multi-billion dollar
resellers, and extensive Utility Management experience. His previous assignments include serving
as Director of Customer relations for a Fortune 50 utility, as well as managing the outsourced
help desk at Coca-Cola World Headquarters. Gary has a BS degree from the University of Illinois.
